We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and established M&E contractor that has built a reputation for delivering technically complex mechanical projects across the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. Due to continued success and project awards, they are looking to bring on board a Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager to lead multiple live environment projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader who understands the demands and sensitivities of operating in occupied spaces and thrives on building strong client relationships while delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead mechanical works across multiple live environment projects from pre‑construction through to handover.
