Role Overview

As the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting various administrative functions across the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and provide a professional front-of-house service
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers to the office
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
