Campbell West are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre‑construction team, based from their Berkshire office with a hybrid working arrangement (2‑3 days working from home). The Role

  • Lead and prepare detailed electrical estimates from first principles
  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
  • Manage and develop supply chain pricing and subcontractor enquiries
  • Provide commercial input during pre‑construction and tender stages
  • Support value engineering and risk/opportunity analysis
  • Work closely with senior management on bid strategy and workload planning
