Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

The Role
- Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects.
- Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions.
- Working closely with the design and delivery teams.
- Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring.
