Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – London & South East. Competitive Salary + Benefits.

We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. They pride themselves on doing things differently, focusing on building long-term client relationships, delivering quality installations, and creating a supportive, relaxed working culture.

This contractor has no interest in Tier 1 culture. Instead, they value trust, collaboration, and fair treatment of both their supply chain and their clients. With a strong pipeline of negotiated work and repeat business, they offer stability and the chance to really enjoy your work.

The Role

  • Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects.
  • Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions.
  • Working closely with the design and delivery teams.
  • Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring.
