We're working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential development in East London.
The project has an M&E value of £25 million and covers both shell & core and full fit-out, with a strong mechanical bias. You'll act as the primary point of contact for the client, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role:
- Lead the mechanical delivery on a £25m M&E package.
- Oversee full project lifecycle — design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage subcontractors, client interface, and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
- Report directly to senior management with regular progress updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong mechanical building services background.
- Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
- Ability to drive project delivery and manage complex technical packages.
