This Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing delivery team, supporting both consultancy-led commissions and self-delivered mechanical projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This company operates as both a specialist MEP consultancy and contractor, supporting major construction projects through project management, commercial management, commissioning management, pre-construction, and installation services. Alongside consultancy work on large-scale developments, the business also delivers its own mechanical projects directly.
Role Overview
This role will involve managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, while also supporting consultancy-led commissions where required.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Manage procurement, technical submissions, and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support commercial management including variations and project reporting
- Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and handover processes
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality procedures
- Assist with design coordination and technical problem-solving
- Support consultancy-led projects where required across project and commercial management functions
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the UK building services sector
- Strong background delivering commercial or specialist M&E projects
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services systems
- Good commercial awareness and programme management capability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced environments
