We are currently working with a respected and long-established M&E contractor known for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in London. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to take responsibility for the on-site delivery of projects ranging from £500,000 to £2.5 million in value.

The Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day on-site activities of mechanical installations
  • Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, health & safety, and programme compliance
  • Oversee installations including HVAC, ductwork, pipework and associated systems
  • Ensure materials, tools and labour are available to meet site targets
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants and the wider construction team
  • Attend progress meetings and provide accurate site reporting
  • Drive progress while ensuring high standards are maintained across the board

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial or fit out projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building services installations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to fast-track programmes
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and first aid preferred
