We are currently working with a respected and long-established M&E contractor known for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in London. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to take responsibility for the on-site delivery of projects ranging from £500,000 to £2.5 million in value.
The Role:
- Manage the day-to-day on-site activities of mechanical installations
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, health & safety, and programme compliance
- Oversee installations including HVAC, ductwork, pipework and associated systems
- Ensure materials, tools and labour are available to meet site targets
- Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants and the wider construction team
- Attend progress meetings and provide accurate site reporting
- Drive progress while ensuring high standards are maintained across the board
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial or fit out projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building services installations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to fast-track programmes
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and first aid preferred
