We are working with a young and ambitious M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their expanding team. The company is part of a well-established construction group, providing strong financial backing and a clear path for growth.

Role Overview:

  • Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for commercial fit out projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Support the pre-construction team with value engineering and cost planning.
  • Work closely with the directors and have genuine input into company growth and strategy.
