M&E Contracts Manager
£80,000-£90,000 + Travel + Bonus

We are seeking a driven and ambitious M&E Contracts Manager to join a thriving projects division, delivering a diverse range of design & build schemes including new-build student accommodation, care homes, residential developments, and commercial projects – typically valued between £5m-£10m.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business set to double in size, with a clear route to progress into Operations Manager within the next 12 months.
The Role
- Oversee delivery of four concurrent projects from Stage 3 design through to completion
- Manage design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of M&E works
- Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, whether directly or via subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
- Ensure quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved
- Drive best practice in health & safety and compliance
Requirements
- Background in mechanical or electrical building services
- Proven track record managing multiple D&B projects from Stage 3 onwards
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work across varied sectors and adapt to different project needs
