We are working with a family-run air conditioning contractor delivering commercial office fit out projects across CAT A and CAT B schemes. With a strong pipeline of work and projects starting imminently, they are looking to bring experienced AC Engineers and Improvers on board.
Projects typically include:
- Commercial office fit outs (CAT A & CAT B)
- Split systems and comms room installations
- Large FCU packages (100+ units on larger schemes)
Typical working hours are from 7am to 3pm.
Positions Available:
- AC Engineers (PAYE / Day Rate)
£50,000 flat salary for engineers on the cards
Company van provided
Fuel card, parking and travel costs covered - AC Improvers
£30,000 salary - Subcontractors
Price work available
Location & Logistics:
- Office / yard based in Gravesend
- Engineers on the cards must be able to reach the yard within 45 minutes
- Majority of work is London-based, with additional projects in Cambridge and Bristol
Start Date: ASAP. First project starting in approximately 2 weeks (comms room installations).
