We are working with a well-established and growing HVAC contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality air conditioning and mechanical services across a range of sectors. They are now looking to appoint a HVAC Project Manager to oversee a number of exciting projects across South East London and Kent. This role will involve managing a portfolio of projects with a combined value of up to £2 million, ranging from smaller works at £10k through to large-scale installations up to £2 million. Project types include hotels, offices, and data rooms, offering plenty of variety and technical challenge.

The Role

  • Manage multiple HVAC projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Oversee site operations, labour, subcontractors, and supply chain
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance

Requirements

  • Proven background in HVAC project management, ideally from an air conditioning background
  • Experience delivering commercial mechanical services projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Full UK driving licence
