Campbell West are looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team, based from their Berkshire office with a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days working from home). The Role
- Lead and prepare detailed electrical estimates from first principles
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Manage and develop supply chain pricing and subcontractor enquiries
- Provide commercial input during pre-construction and tender stages
- Support value engineering and risk/opportunity analysis
- Work closely with senior management on bid strategy and workload planning
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Intermediate Electrical Estimator within building services
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience pricing projects within education, commercial or healthcare sectors
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
