Projects £5-25 Million An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in ultra high-spec, bespoke residential projects across London. We\’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the MEP coordination, design management, and technical delivery of complex luxury projects ensuring the highest standards are met from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all MEP elements across multiple high-end residential projects. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive technical solutions. Manage design coordination and ensure systems are delivered to specification. Provide technical support to project delivery teams from concept to handover. Requirements: Experience as a Technical Services Manager or MEP Manager. Ideally from a main contractor background , but open to strong M&E contractor experience. Track record of delivering high-end residential or luxury projects . Excellent communication and coordination skills with a hands-on approach.
