Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor 📍 London & South East | 💷 Competitive Salary + Benefits We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of negotiated work and repeat business, they offer stability and the chance to really enjoy your work. The Role Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects. Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions. Working closely with the design and delivery teams. Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
