Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor 📍 London & South East | 💷 Competitive Salary + Benefits We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. They pride themselves on doing things differently — focusing on building long-term client relationships, delivering quality installations, and creating a supportive, relaxed working culture. This contractor has no interest in Tier 1 culture. Instead, they value trust, collaboration, and fair treatment of both their supply chain and their clients. With a strong pipeline of negotiated work and repeat business, they offer stability and the chance to really enjoy your work. The Role Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects. Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions. Working closely with the design and delivery teams. Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring. What\’s on Offer Competitive salary (based on experience). Travel covered (excluding mileage to/from office).
