Mechanical Project Manager β Decarbonisation & Renewable Energy Projects We are currently working with a well-established and growing mechanical contractor who have recently secured multiple public sector decarbonisation and renewable energy projects. As a result, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a series of technically interesting schemes across a range of building types. Projects will vary in size, typically between Β£200k β Β£3 million, and will include elements such as air source heat pumps, energy efficiency upgrades, and low carbon technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical project delivery experience who\βs passionate about sustainable solutions and energy efficiency. The Role: Managing the delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover. Overseeing renewable and energy-focused mechanical installations across a variety of buildings. Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Managing H&S, programme, procurement, and quality assurance. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are met. Working closely with internal teams to ensure commercial control and reporting is accurate. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally on public sector or energy-focused projects. Knowledge of low carbon systems, such as air source heat pumps and renewables, is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams across various sites. Strong understanding of building services and project lifecycles. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
