We’re supporting a leading mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality D&B projects across commercial, leisure, and residential sectors. With project values ranging between £500,000 – £2.5 million, they’re now looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery on a number of live and upcoming schemes.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is confident in taking ownership of a project from pre-construction through to handover, with strong coordination and leadership skills.
The Role:- Manage mechanical building services projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Attend client meetings and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement, labour, health & safety, and commissioning activities
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and ensure quality and compliance at every stage
- Lead and mentor junior staff where required
- Proven track record delivering mechanical packages in the £500k – £2.5m range
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to manage multiple project phases including pre-construction and delivery
- Solid understanding of HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical services systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience working for a mechanical or M&E contractor
- £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary
