Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial, Healthcare & Education Fit-Out Projects 💰 £65,000 – £75,000 + Travel Allowance | 📍 Projects across London & Kent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected building services contractor who deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical installations across a range of sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple fit-out projects within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a technically proficient and well-structured contractor known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships. Role Overview: Manage the delivery of multiple mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover. Oversee labour, subcontractors, procurement, and day-to-day site activity. Work closely with clients, consultants, and the wider delivery team to ensure project expectations are met. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. Attend site meetings, provide technical support, and resolve issues promptly. Monitor programme and commercial performance of each project. Requirements: Proven experience managing mechanical projects within fit-out environments. Sector experience in commercial, healthcare, or education is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage budgets, labour, and supply chain effectively.
