Electrical Site Manager London £65,000-£70,000 A leading Building Services Contractor specialising in high-end residential projects is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join its London delivery team.

The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installations across prestigious residential developments, with a focus on exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and high standards of project delivery.

The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical works on a high-end residential project in London, working closely with the Electrical Project Manager and wider site team.

You'll be responsible for coordinating labour and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring the electrical installation is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day electrical works on site.

Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and specialist trades.

Manage labour allocation and ensure resources are appropriately planned.

Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.

Monitor installation quality and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Coordinate electrical works with mechanical and wider construction teams.

Review drawings and identify potential technical or coordination issues.

Monitor progress against the project programme.
