We’re working with a well-established M&E contractor who have secured multiple high-profile CAT B fit out projects across Oxfordshire and the surrounding region. They are now looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join the Oxford division to help deliver these fast-paced schemes to the highest standards.

With a strong pipeline of work and a clear commitment to internal promotion, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Upcoming Projects May Include:

  • £14.5M M&E CAT B (52 weeks, starting October – pre-construction from August)
  • £12M M&E CAT B fit out (36 weeks, high-speed delivery)
  • £4M M&E CAT B fit out (24 weeks, fast turnaround)

The Role:

  • Oversee all on-site electrical works and subcontractors
  • Work closely with Project Managers and the wider site team to ensure delivery aligns with programme
  • Drive quality, safety, and compliance across the project
  • Coordinate with other trades and resolve site-based challenges swiftly
  • Manage logistics, materials, and daily progress tracking
  • Support project reporting, handovers, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on CAT B or similar fit-out projects
  • Ability to manage fast-paced sites and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Understanding of M&E installation standards and site coordination
  • BPSS clearance (desirable, or willingness to obtain via employer)
