Electrical Project Manager – Hospital Extension Project West London Hospital Project £2.5M Electrical Package | Working with tier 1 main contractor An excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a £2.5 million hospital extension project based in West London. This is a standalone role managing the electrical package on a new-build extension (not a live hospital environment), reporting directly to the main contractor. Project Overview: Electrical lead on the new extension to Hospital Scope includes: new wards, CT scan room, and associated infrastructure Working closely with the main contractor’s team and internal delivery staff Focused on delivery only – managing programme, coordination, subcontractors, and progress reporting Responsible for driving site activity, ensuring quality standards and compliance 100% site-based Ideal Background: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on healthcare or hospital projects Comfortable working on standalone projects with full accountability for the electrical package Familiar with working under Tier 1 main contractors – ideally Bouygues or similar Able to produce and manage progress reports, monitor performance and support client updates Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with site and external stakeholders This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take full ownership of a healthcare project in a well-structured environment, with the support of a forward-thinking subcontractor
