Document Controller – Life Sciences Project (Cambridge) £30,000 – £40,000 + Benefits Package We’re working with a leading M&E contractor known for delivering complex and technically demanding building services projects across the UK and Europe. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to join their project team on a major life sciences development in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme in a fast-growing sector, supporting the successful delivery of critical project documentation and information flow. The Role Manage and maintain project documentation across design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases Control and track incoming/outgoing documents and drawings to ensure the latest versions are distributed Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and consultants to ensure document compliance Maintain accurate records in line with QA and project requirements Support the site and office team with document requests, registers and filing systems Ensure all project correspondence is stored and archived correctly What We’re Looking For Previous experience working as a Document Controller on construction or M&E projects Familiarity with document control systems (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex, 4Projects, etc.) High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Strong IT skills and the ability to work with multiple platforms Confident communicator able to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders What’s On Offer £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary Full benefits package The chance to be part of a technically innovative and collaborative project team Career progression opportunities within a growing and well-respected contractor If you\’re a proactive Document Controller looking to contribute to the success of a major life sciences project, apply now to find out more
