Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the North West of England. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Holywell (Step-Down Service). If you have at least 6 months’ experience working in a UK health or social care setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and make a meaningful difference.

About the Role

We are seeking Support Workers for a Residential Step-Down Service in Holywell, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities as they transition from hospital to community living. MAPA/CPI training required or provided. Shifts available: Long Days 7.45am–8pm, Nights 7.45pm–8am.

About You

  • At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
  • Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
  • A caring, resilient, and patient approach
  • Driver preferred due to shift times and location
  • MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
