Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the North West of England. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Llandudno. If you have at least 6 months’ experience working in a UK health or social care setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
Join our Residential Care Home in Llandudno as a Healthcare Assistant, providing compassionate care and support to residents.
Shifts available: 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, 8am–8pm, 8pm–8am

- Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay accrued on top of your earnings
- Mileage allowance (30p per mile after the first 20 miles of your round trip)

About You
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
- Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
- A caring, resilient, and patient approach
- Driver preferred due to shift times and location
- MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
