Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the North West of England. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Dementia Care Assistants to join our team in Colwyn Bay. If you have at least 6 months’ experience working in a UK health or social care setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career and make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
Join our Residential Dementia Care Home in Colwyn Bay as a Dementia Care Assistant, providing person-centred support and daily care for residents living with dementia.
Shifts available: 7.30am–3pm, 2.45pm–10.15pm, 10pm–8am (nights)

- Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type

- Holiday pay accrued on top of your earnings
- Mileage allowance (30p per mile after the first 20 miles of your round trip)

About You
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
- Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
- A caring, resilient, and patient approach
- Driver preferred due to shift times and location
- MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
