Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across North Wales and the North West of England. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Caernarfon. About the Role
We are hiring Healthcare Assistants for our Residential Care Home in Caernarfon, assisting residents with personal care and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

- Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type

About You
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
- Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
- A caring, resilient, and patient approach
- Driver preferred due to shift times and location
- MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
