We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Colwyn Bay (Housing Project).

About the Role
Join our Housing Project in Colwyn Bay as a Support Worker, supporting residents with budgeting, daily living skills, and promoting independence.
Activities include walkarounds, monitoring, and group sessions.

- Hourly rates from £12.60 – £23.00 depending on shift type

- Mileage allowance (30p per mile after the first 20 miles of your round trip)

About You
- At least 6 months’ experience in a similar care role within the UK
- Experience of supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or behaviours that challenge is desirable
- A caring, resilient, and patient approach
- Driver preferred due to shift times and location
- MAPA/CPI or equivalent training is an advantage (training can be provided)
