We’re looking for an experienced chef to lead our small kitchen team of 3-4 and support the Catering Manager end-to-end. This role sits between Head Chef and Senior Sous level, with full responsibility for running the kitchen, stock control, ordering, team management and finance processes. You’ll also handle standard cooking plus a strong baking element.
Immediate temporary cover required: Friday - Sunday, 08:00 - 16:00.
