We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the catering team at one of the UKs most popular family attractions based in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to play a key role within our staff dining operation, delivering fresh, high-quality meals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team while maintaining exceptional food and service standards for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals for staff dining
  • Assist with menu planning and daily food preparation
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Support stock management, ordering, and waste control
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen team members during service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to progress
  • Experience within high-volume catering or staff dining environments preferred
