We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham based team for Enhance Catering. Here at Enhance, we are looking to continue to grow and expand our award-winning team based in our Birmingham branch.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter already managing a similar desk within the hospitality sector, ideally from a temporary catering background or a chef looking to get out of the kitchen. You will be expected to organise, manage and run a busy temps desk and uphold strong client and candidate relationships.
The role will involve face to face client meetings on a regular basis with a sales approach to the role. Day to day tasks can involve:
- Client booking management.
- Sourcing and contacting potential new clients.
- Attending face to face client meetings.
- Supporting the resourcing of all levels of catering staff.
- Onboarding and Compliance uploading RTW docs, Health and Safety certificates and ensuring they are fully compliant along with DBS checks.
