Enhance Catering is supporting a valued client in recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at one of there multi-outlet education establishments. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high-quality food service.
You will be an experienced Chef Manager or Strong Head Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people-management skills. You take pride in running a well-organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing high-quality meals at volume.
What You'll be doing
- Catering between 1,000 to 1,300 covers daily across breakfast, morning break, lunch services
- Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
- Manage, motivate, and develop the catering team
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation
What Is On Offer
- Pay Rates - £35,000 per annum
- Working Hours - 45 hours per week | 7am to 4.30pm | Monday to Friday
