Pay: £14.50 per hour (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and workload organisation
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, food safety procedures, and requirements from the registering authority
  • Assist with cost control and efficient use of resources
  • Help prepare and review menus, considering residents' dietary needs and special requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
