Enhance Academy Trust is looking to appoint an Associate Leader to join our established team to support our primary academies across Wakefield, Kirklees and Barnsley. We are keen to hear from experienced Early Years or Year 6 practitioners who would like to further develop their leadership experience within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.
We are a growing and successful Academy Trust currently comprising of 16 primary academies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and highly motivated teacher with a proven track record of teaching to join a team of experienced and committed Trust leaders. The successful candidate will be deployed in one of our schools but will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the Trust as well as in identified schools to directly impact on the quality of teaching and learning and maximize outcomes for all pupils.
