About the Role

As a Care Assistant / Support Worker at Forbes House, you'll support residents with their individual care needs while encouraging independence and helping them enjoy a fulfilling daily life.
From supporting everyday routines and personal care to sharing activities, having a chat over a cup of tea and getting to know each person's life story, you'll help create a caring and supportive environment where every individual matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care that respects each individual's choices, dignity and independence.
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and everyday routines.
- Assist with food and fluid intake, following individual care needs.
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and social interaction.
- Promote emotional wellbeing and build positive relationships with residents.
- Recognise and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
About You
