This is a full-time position for a Year 3 Teacher located in Coventry - CV6 5TY.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and implementing engaging lessons that are accessible to all, in alignment with the National Curriculum.
- Monitoring pupils' progress using assessment tools to inform planning, set targets, and ensure high standards of achievement.
- Cultivating a safe, orderly, and stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Facilitating positive communication with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational approach.
- Ensuring the welfare, safety, and safeguarding of pupils, and managing any Special Educational Needs (SEND) in collaboration with the SENCO.
- Participating in training and implementing school policies.
- Candidates should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Previous experience teaching in KS1 or Lower KS2 is highly desirable.
- A successful Enhanced DBS check and two professional references are required.
