If you’re looking for:
- Ownership over pipeline, not just targets
- Influence at leadership level, not instructions from above
- Long-term impact, not short-term wins
This will suit you down to the ground.
The role:
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, building a relationship-led growth function from scratch. This is about credibility, trust, and smart commercial thinking — not transactional sales.
Your focus:
- Public sector & frameworks (NHS, local authorities, RISE)
- Key sectors: Education, Healthcare, Social Housing, Care
- Developing high-quality, long-term client relationships
- Driving sustainable, profitable growth (targeting 20%+ GM)
What matters:
- Strong track record in Construction / ME BD
- Experience with public sector frameworks (essential)
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders
- A consultative, relationship-first approach
The offer: £50k base + OTE £100k+ Car / allowance + private healthcare
Clear path to senior opportunities. You’ll spend your time where it matters — with clients, building partnerships (with the odd bit of hospitality thrown in). The office is in Merseyside where you will be based from 2 days a week with travel to meet clients primarily around the North West region.
Bottom line:
This is for someone who wants to build something meaningful and be recognised for it. It’s not for those chasing quick commission or needing a ready-made machine. If you want to step into a role where your influence genuinely shapes the future of a business, apply today.
