Our client, EFT Group are looking to hire a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering marketing activity across the EFT Group portfolio.

The opportunity combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and will support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and sales growth across multiple business divisions.

The successful candidate will create compelling content, manage digital channels, coordinate campaigns and develop marketing materials that support both customer acquisition and retention.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to establish marketing best practices, processes and systems that will support the Group's future growth.

You will become a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business, helping to shape how EFT Group communicates its services, showcases its expertise and strengthens its reputation within the markets it serves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that support the objectives of the Group and its individual businesses.
  • Manage and develop digital marketing activity across websites, social media platforms, email communications and other online channels to increase visibility, engagement and lead generation.
  • The role includes creating high‑quality content for a variety of audiences, including website content, social media posts, customer newsletters, case studies, project spotlights, press releases, award submissions and internal communications.
  • Take ownership of website performance, supporting SEO improvements, content optimisation and user engagement.

They will work with external partners where required to manage PPC campaigns and maximise return on investment.

  • The role will be responsible for producing customer‑facing marketing collateral, including brochures, sales presentations, capability statements, service guides, proposal support materials and other business development resources.
  • Support customer communication initiatives and develop marketing campaigns aligned to growth objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify successful projects, customer stories and examples of best practice that can be transformed into compelling marketing content.
  • Help strengthen the Group's employer brand by supporting recruitment marketing initiatives and showcasing the culture, people and values that make EFT Group a great place to work.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, digital engagement and marketing effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the Group's brand presence through industry events, networking opportunities, award entries, partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
  • The role will involve working across multiple businesses and stakeholder groups, ensuring marketing activity remains consistent while reflecting the unique strengths of each division.
  • Embrace technology and utilise modern marketing tools, including AI‑assisted platforms where appropriate, to improve efficiency, creativity and campaign effectiveness.

Essential experience and requirements

  • Experience within a marketing role, either as a Marketing Executive looking to progress or as an established Senior Marketing Executive seeking a broader opportunity.
  • Experience creating and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills are essential, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and sectors.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, website content and email marketing activity.
  • A good understanding of SEO principles, website optimisation and digital marketing best practices is required.
  • Experience creating sales literature, customer communication materials and marketing collateral is essential.
  • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and capable of building relationships across a diverse range of business functions.
