We are currently recruiting skilled and experienced Mixologists to work across a variety of top bars, clubs, hotels, and event venues. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a passion for great cocktails, this role is for you.

You will be representing high‑end venues, working either independently or as part of a small bar team. This position requires confidence, speed, and solid cocktail knowledge, along with the ability to deliver exceptional service in busy settings. You must be able to step into different venues, quickly adapt, and maintain a consistently high standard of mixology.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a mixologist
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails (must know recipes confidently without prompts)
  • Skilled in shaking, building, and serving cocktails to a high standard
  • Comfortable working independently when required
  • Able to work efficiently in fast‑paced environments
  • Happy to support with stock takes, bar prep, and set‑ups
