Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie or above, with proven skills and reliability.
- Confidence to run any kitchen section or lead a team when required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressure.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations.
- Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications.
