Evolve are looking for Events Team Leaders to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate and keen to deliver great customer service in various locations in and around Birmingham. MUST BE FREE 2ND-5TH JULY!

What We Are Looking For:
- Previous Team Leader experience is essential
- Proven record of managing individuals and teams
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to train staff
- Confidence to brief staff and recognise training needs
- Able to organise more than one operational area at a time
Skills & Abilities:
- Good customer service skills, technical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work on your own initiative and motivate others
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to train staff
- Wine and bar service skills
- Work in an organized manner
