Overview
Enhance Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Educational Psychologist to join our growing Trust and play a key role in shaping inclusive practice across our family of schools.

Responsibilities
- Champion inclusive practice across our schools and Trust.
- Work directly with children, young people, families, and staff to improve outcomes.
- Support the development of high-quality SEND and inclusion provision.
- Build strong partnerships with Local Authorities, schools, academies, and professional networks.
- Contribute strategically to the ongoing development of the Trust’s inclusion offer.
- Deliver training and professional development that builds capacity within schools.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold appropriate Educational Psychology qualifications and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
