Hours

  • A minimum of 10 hours per week.

  • Supportive, good at prompting, and where needed challenging undesirable behaviours and actions. Provide guidance where needed, actively listen, and have my best interest in view. Patient and understanding. Good sense of humour.
  • Clear DBS; comply with a DBS check, to be carried out at the employer\’s request.

Desired Requirements

  • Experience supporting someone with autism.
  • To support to give independence, learn life skills and new life experiences, activities.
  • Work generally between 9‑5 but at times evenings/weekends, e.g., if a show is at the theatre.
  • Butlins holidays 2/3 times a year for 5 days each time.

Rate: £12.21 per hour
