I am a 49-year-old woman with cerebral palsy and I need someone to look after my personal care. I love and keep animals and would like support to keep them healthy, including one dog, four cats, and two rabbits. I enjoy going out shopping, bowling, walking, and visiting family.
Duties:
- Support with getting up
- Showering
- Getting dressed
- Help with medication
- Food preparation and feeding
- Hoisting (full training will be given)
Rate & Holiday Pay:
Rate - £16.00 per hour + holiday pay rolled in at 12.07%
Hours & Availability:
Various hours available throughout the week as well as weekends for cover when regular staff are sick or on holiday. Hours that may need to be covered are from 7:00 am till 6:00 pm daily. You would join an existing team. Shifts could be 11 hours or more if covering.
Desired Experience:
I would like someone with a good attitude and patience, who is comfortable with animals. It would be great if you already had hoist training, but it is not essential.
