Start-to-finish responsibility for a large, ground-up construction project (we’re talking $50M+). Precon to closeout. Budget, schedule, client interface, subcontractor management, team leadership—your fingerprints will be on every part of it. What you’ll need to bring: Experience managing complex ground-up construction projects ($30M+) A track record of delivering on time, on budget, and with teams that want to work with you again The ability to lead APMs, Supers, and field staff without barking orders—this team respects people who lead by example A high level of comfort with client interaction, internal reporting, and strategic decision-making Bonus points if you’ve worked on academic, healthcare, or institutional builds They’re offering a base salary in the $170K–200K range, depending on experience.
