We are partnering with a highly respected, top 10 general contractor in Massachusetts to find a Senior Project Manager for their growing Healthcare Division. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take full ownership of healthcare projects as the lead, managing cost, schedule, quality, and team performance.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and support the development of internal project management staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 9+ years of construction management experience, with a strong preference for healthcare project experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, technically complex projects as the primary point of contact.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
