We’re working on behalf of a major player in utility & civil infrastructure. One of our key clients—an established, well-capitalized civil contractor specializing in power, energy, and utility infrastructure—is looking for a Superintendent. Not because someone quit or is being replaced, but because the company is growing rapidly.
The company is a large, privately-held contractor with a sharp focus on the underground utility, site/civil, and infrastructure space. They self-perform most of their work, control quality with in-house crews, and have built a reputation for being the go-to contractor when the work’s complex, high-stakes, and politically sensitive. Think large power projects, renewable energy sites, and big civil packages for major utilities.
This is a superintendent role for someone who wants to build, not just manage. Someone who wants to be empowered and respected—not micromanaged.
