This is an agile, multi-disciplinary environment where you will lead high-profile infrastructure projects and act as a key technical authority.
Technical Leadership:- Leading the civil and structural design for complex rail infrastructure (bridges, stations, lineside structures, and retaining walls) from concept to detailed delivery.
- Navigating and securing critical technical approvals with Network Rail and Transport for London (TfL) using BAPA and APA frameworks.
- Signing off on calculations for senior, graduate, and technician-level engineers.
- Managing project timelines, commercial budgets, and maintaining direct, high-value client relationships.
6 to 10 years of dedicated post-graduate experience within UK civil/structural rail engineering.
- Direct, proven experience delivering projects under Network Rail or TfL frameworks and standards.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to handle client-facing responsibilities.
