Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Corporate Services and Governance function.
  • Deliver agreed service strategies and objectives in line with annual business and financial plans.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations.
  • Collaborate across departments to maximise service effectiveness and organisational performance.
  • Manage the Corporate Services budget, ensuring effective financial control, value for money, and compliance with budgetary limits.
  • Lead, manage, and develop teams through effective communication, performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive working environment that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust business continuity plans are maintained and regularly reviewed.
