MRICS / Assoc RICS Building Surveyor – Expert Witness / Housing Disrepair UK-wide | Flexible workload | Local inspections | Full admin support I’m working with an established Housing Disrepair and Expert Witness practice that is looking to expand its panel of Building Surveyors across the UK.

This is a flexible consultancy-style opportunity for experienced Building Surveyors who are interested in taking on additional inspection and reporting work within their local area.

This is a flexible contract arrangement and the contractor can work through their own Sole trader-ships or Ltd companies.

The work You will undertake full Housing Disrepair inspections and prepare technical reports for legal purposes.
