engstaff-in is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction and remediation specialist for a Senior Contracts Manager, with a clear progression route to Operations Manager and Operations Director in the near future. This is a key leadership role to drive and develop the client’s Northern operations, based out of their Manchester office.
The Role
Initially joining as a Senior Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing multiple high-value schemes across the North, leading teams, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and playing a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the Northern office. The business has a strong pipeline of key projects starting imminently across the North, providing an excellent platform for the successful candidate to make an immediate impact and shape the future of the regional operation.
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Building Safety Act and Gateway processes
- Façade works and the Golden Thread of Information
- Project reporting processes
- Procore project management software (or similar)
- PAS 8672, including Duty Holder responsibilities
- PCCCS accredited (or willing to work towards)
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams
